Filmschool@GAMES ACADEMY, Program Film Art & Animation
If your dream job is in the realm of digital media production, like movie, television, postproduction, games development or virtual worlds, the GAMES ACADEMY is the ideal place to prepare you for your future. Graduates of this two-year course receive the title Specialist for Digital Film.
The degree opens various routes of specialization and allows you to pursue assignments in multiple fields of work. During your studies you will acquire the following theoretical and practical skills: classical 2D animation movie: storyboarding, staging, layout, character design | 2D animation/3D animation | fundamentals of camera work and film cut | storytelling, scripts and dramaturgy (light and music) | digital compositing – VFX
Additional training is provided in the areas of team building, marketing, media law and budget planning. During your studies you will create several short films as part of the curriculum.
Our Program Film Art & Animation starts in october (winter semester), only in Berlin. Next course start is october 2012 (mainly in German language!).
